Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the website or its components — including films, logos, graphic guidelines, layout, information, presentation, and content — is strictly prohibited.
All materials published on this website (including but not limited to films, texts, photographs, logos, trademarks, videos) are works as defined by the French Intellectual Property Code.

Artificial Intelligence Objection to Text and Data Mining by Artificial IntelligenceThe structure of this website, as well as all audiovisual works and content published on it, together with all their components (text, graphics, signs, signals, sounds, images, etc.), are protected by intellectual property law and may not be used without the prior written authorization of INSOMNIE FILMS.
For the avoidance of doubt, INSOMNIE FILMS hereby objects to any digital copying or reproduction of these audiovisual works, content, and/or any of their components protected by copyright (text, graphics, signs, signals, sounds, images, etc.) for the purpose of text and data mining, in particular by any artificial intelligence system, as defined by Articles L. 122-5-3 III and L. 211-3 8° of the French Intellectual Property Code (CPI), transposing Directive (EU) 2019/790 of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market.
Article R. 122-28 of the CPI specifies that such objection “does not need to be justified and may be expressed by any means. In the case of content made publicly available online, this objection may notably be expressed through machine-readable means, including metadata, or through the terms and conditions of a website or service.”
It is further recalled that in the course of its activities, INSOMNIE FILMS may authorize its contracting partners and/or online press services to use audiovisual works, content, and/or any of their components protected by copyright (text, graphics, signs, signals, sounds, images, etc.) available on the website, strictly within the scope necessary for the authorized exploitation.
However, such authorizations do not allow these partners and/or press services to make digital copies or reproductions of these works, content, and/or their components for text and data mining purposes, nor to allow any third party (including AI systems) to do so.
Accordingly, any text and data mining operations carried out by an AI system using the audiovisual works, content, and/or any of their components protected by copyright (text, graphics, signs, signals, sounds, images, etc.) presented or made publicly available online on this website or by third parties — whether made available in whole or in part, freely or for a fee — constitute acts of infringement, punishable under Articles L. 331-1 et seq. of the CPI, unless prior written authorization has been obtained from INSOMNIE FILMS (or, where applicable, from the collective management organization to which INSOMNIE FILMS has expressly granted such rights).
